The Herman Cain gaffe train rolled into Florida yesterday, and the candidate got a taste of the local flavor.
GOP presidential hopeful Herman Cain reportedly made another gaffe yesterday while campaigning in Miami, asked people at the famous Versailles Restaurant what the Cuban word was for "delicious."

Cain, who last week stumbled over questions about what he would do in Libya, seemed to know little about Cuba.

Fox News, among others, has a videotape of Cain's visit to the cafe, which is a perennial campaign stop for politicians. Cain can be seen on the tape sampling strong Cuban coffee and a croqueta, a deep-fried delicacy filled with ham.

Asked how he liked his snack, Cain can be heard asking, "How do you say 'delicious' in Cuban?"

Cubans speak Spanish.

When someone in the crowd asked about freedom for Cuba, Cain said, "Freedom for Cuba now."

He was there to promote his plans for the economy. Reuters reports Cain referred to his signature proposal as "nueve, nueve, nueve," using the Spanish words for 9-9-9.
